Celebrate all things Croydon with the Oratorio of Hope: a brand new commission by LMP which puts the Croydon community at the heart of the performance.
Taking inspiration from a poem by Croydon’s Poet Laureate Shaniqua Benjamin, this exciting new commission from LMP launches Croydon’s year as London Borough of Culture. This spectacular event showcases the very best of Croydon’s talent through music, spoken word, song, dance, film and visual art and shares stories of hope for the future. The Oratorio will include over 250 school children from the borough who will take to the stage at the end of the piece for a feel-good grand finale.
