On behalf of CSEP, Orange Bow is running a Traineeship for young people, which started on Wednesday 7th of July.
This week the students were taking part in games to help with projecting their voices, speaking confidently with one another, listening to each other, asking probing questions, all to prepare themselves for being hosts and guests on Podcast episodes, during their media training. This training is facilitated by the well known and renowned influencer Lisa Galiwango of Let's TLK.
The course runs for 6 weeks and has been specifically tailored to deliver both training and practical experience to enhance student's knowledge. Film / Editing Podcasting Music Engineering/Production
In Addition to the Traineeship delivered by Orange Bow and in partnership with PWC, the young people will be shown how to construct and put together a CV (Curriculum Vitae) which is very important to have and keep updated, when they start to look for work experience, volunteering, apprenticeships, further education and part-time,& full-time work.
By the end of the Traineeship, each Young Person will have qualified for a Digital Skills For Work Qualification Level 2 and will eventually receive a certificate of completion once all the modules are completed.
