Be Amazing and Fearless is a family-based coaching and mentoring programme designed for adults and young people who live together. The aim is to become self-aware, develop and grow individually and then together become amazing and fearless in their family unit, the community and the world.

We have all at some time in our lives grappled with our wellbeing, and it starts from the moment we understand the meaning of words. The programme is to help our young people and their parents/guardians understand the effects of words on our feelings and emotions and how poorly chosen words can affect our current and future life.

The programme is designed to be inclusive of the whole family; age is not a barrier to the modules and exercises.

The programme will run live workshops and ONLINE learning Modules. This programme is not your average programme as you will get out what you put in. It’s designed to be life-changing and we aim to be bold in the work that you and your family will be introduced to.

Our mission is simple.

If you feel that you are not living your optimum life, then reclaim your life by finding your inner power, become the person, you were born to be, and not the person you became due to life's obstacles and challenges. If you are a young person learn to shine your inner and outer self, reflect and know who you are and let go of words that are not serving you to live your best life.

Our Vision

>Have a broad understanding of the things that make you feel great about yourself and your family.

> Understand the things that you and your family find challenging and learn to use tools & techniques to manage them.

> Know how to have a better way of communicating so you (all) feel heard and, how to value yourself regardless of how someone has left you feeling.

> Understand the basics of perspective and perception when in the moment of "I feel out of control."

> Be adept in knowing what tool to use when you are not feeling great so you can feel powerful instead of powerless.

> Learn about the genetic light within yourself that we as humans, forget is there for us to tap into

> Learn to create a vision of what your best life looks like for you and your family so that you can see clearly when you are not feeling loved and appreciated.
