ALL Participants will be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau  (CRB) form as a requirement of working with young people.  The CRB form will be given to you on Friday 28th May 2010 and must be completed and returned by Friday 4th June 2010 for processing.

PLEASE NOTE ALL Prospective Community Mentors MUST be FULLY COMMITTED to the Pacemakers Mentoring Project (including homework) and AGREE to complete all the compulsory training dates and will complete a form to confirm on Saturday 29th May 2010.
