Black History Bus Tour
Shame on you if you did not attend any of the TWO Black History Bus Tours conducted by the renowned Historian Steve Martin on behalf of CSEP. Full coaches left CSEP early in the morning with a full running commentary all the way past West Croydon (Samuel Coleridge Taylor) Through south London up to the seat of government (Olaudah Equiano) through to St Mary’s Catholic Cemetary (Mary Seacole) variety & theatre (Ira Aldridge) and culminating at the Parish Church Holy Trinity Clapham Common (The Wilberforce Centre) to view the powerful and moving stain glass window showing references to slavery.
