EGM - Extraordinary General Meeting

All members are invited to attend the CSEP Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be held on 27th January 2007. The meeting will take place at 32-34 Sydenham Road, Croydon CR0 2EF at 10.30am

Election of officers will take place the EGM for the position of Chair of the Management Committee and the position of Vice-Chair of the management Committee. Candidates will be nominated at the EGM, however, if you would like to nominate a candidate or stand for election, please contact CSEP in advance of the EGM.

It is not necessary to be a member of the Management Committee to stand for either of these positions, however, the Chair will need to have a good knowledge and overview of CSEP in order to chair termly meetings of the Management Committee and monthly meetings of the Executive Committee.

Please note that employees, contractors and teachers of CSEP are not eligible to stand. Candidates will be required to prepare a brief statement detailing their suitability for the position to enable the EGM attendees to vote.
