Poetry / Writing Competition and Achievement Awards 13th December 2006 at the Archbishop Lanfranc High School.
Organised by Michelle Stewart - Inclusion Officer(Voluntary Sector)on behalf of the Community Language Classes and Supplementary schools' pupils.

There were 14 joint 1st place winners, 31 2nd place winners and 46 3rd place winners, as well as several runners-up who received Achievement certificates for "Effort". There were many runners-up and also 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for the various community languages too.
The certificates and trophies were presented by Linda Wright (Head of Community Education) and Cheryl Butler (Secondary Inclusion Strategy Manager) to name a few.
There were approximately 189 people in the audience - a large gathering from the community and the students and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event. Both CSEP students were well represented in all categories and a big thanks to the parents who made an effort and came along to support the children's achievements. However we do need 100% turnout for this year's event so you have been warned.
Finally the CSEP Dance Ensemble choreographed by Sybil Baiden performed on the night- and received a rousing round of applauses -well done!
