CSEP has a well-established team of both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Management Committee

The appointment of Mr Sasha Rhoden - Operations Director in June 2004 has proved advantageous for CSEP. His aim to provide an efficient service has led to effective strategic management and high quality leadership.

There is strong input from the Management Committee. 12 management committee members provide support and guidance for CSEP, through their motivation, belief and passion for the mission statement. The relationship between the Chair and the Operations Manager is harmonious, as they share a common goal to deliver valuable services to the BME community.
